Student Affairs Office is responsible for the quality of undergraduate student life beyond the classroom and for working with students to improve it. Extracurricular activities and residence life at the university are intended to complement and enhance the student's academic experiences; student services provide a wide range of programs and services toward that end.
Student Affairs is responsible for the development and administration of a comprehensive student life program. Areas of immediate responsibility include career and counseling services, residence life; student activities; intercollegiate athletics; new student orientation; sports recreation; student health services; student leadership development; student government, clubs and organizations; and the student discipline system.
